We went to Twisted Root Burger on a weekday and had a really nice experience. There wasn’t much of a wait, and it wasn’t crowded, which made it a perfect spot to relax and catch up. The food was good overall. The chicken strips were slightly overcooked, but still tasty. The Tuesday deal is amazing — the price is hard to beat and definitely worth it! My girlfriend and I had a great time enjoying the laid-back atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Daughter and I visited here on 6/15/26 as our pregame dinner date before the Dallas Wings game. We visited this location once 2 or 3 years prior so we decided to try it again. At 1st, I didn't rhink it was going to go well because the customer service didnt start out great but the way I'm wired I got the cashier to open up more. Came here yesterday for the first time. I ordered a kids meal which is a burger with fries. Also got a watermelon tea. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and good. The selection of ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce are awesome. I tried every pickle!!!! Prices are reasonable and the food is so good!!!! When I walked in Jada, Frosting, and Pricilla helped me and checked on me through out my visit. The place is clean and friendly. Highly recommend. Twisted Root is one of those places that gets the entire experience right. I stopped in recently during a soccer match, and between the atmosphere, food, and overall vibe, it reminded me why this place continues to be one of the best burger spots around.
