Took the fast right out of fast food. Waited 45 minutes to pick up an online order. There wasn't more than 5 cars in the line total. Its honestly amazing in the worst way that it could possibly have taken this long.

Just ordered thru mobile ap an hour ago. I see there are bad reviews but this was my first time here and all was fine. The lady at drive through was nice, the food was ready and tasted great, and I love love that each meal was separated into three different bags within a bigger bag. This makes it so much easier for everyone to grab their combo.

The guy at the drive thru window deserves a raise. That guy was supper helpful and didn't miss a beat. Order was perfect and that is so rare at a late night fast food spot. I recommend this to anyone looking for a little late night comfort food.

Worst Jack in Box in a nice neighborhood,but this restaurant is literally a run down ghetto or second ward. Homeless man was loitering outside and someone left a mess on a table inside. Drink fountain are almost always out of drinks so I had to choose other drink I didn’t like or want. Bathroom was unsanitary and it stinks when I entered to just wash my hands. Workers look like they woke up and didn’t even bother to look at their best and some seemed to have a lousy attitude. Cashier is not thrilled to work as he (not a she with red lips and two short hair tied up) is only interested in showin
