They always take 30 minutes to do one order thats not but then tell me to move to the front. 2 staff members were working today, wanted to get something before work. No biggie, but there were 2 staff members and they didnt take my order and let me sit there in the drive through until i drove area and still didnt open the window or say anything and ignored me 🙃

Traveling west from KY. Haven't seen a Jack in the box in years. Their tacos Haven't changed i 50 years. The chocolate shakes were great.

I don't normally leave a bad review but this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I ordered the wedges and inside of it was a crunchy bit and when bitten into it it tastes like a million different flavors like rotten flesh and it smelled like dead fish. The smell penetrated my nose and my eyes watered and I immediately spit it out. The stench was so bad that I almost threw up. I had to remove it from my car as the smell was filling the car. The service was great but I will never come back.

Not very busy but took about to long to get my meal. Did drive through One car in front of me. Just a couple of people in the lobby. Took over fifteen minutes to get my food. Improvement can be made here.
