After reading about this place in flagpole for best fries and sandwich, I had to try. I took my girlfriend. I love the look and vibe personally, but I admit I expect a place like this to have cold beer and ok food (but just ok) We were pleasantly surprised. My girl had falafel. She is Turkish. She commented it was the best she has had in the US and competes with the best she has ever had. I am a Reuben officianado. The Reuben I had here was stellar! Every flavor distinct. Well sized. Crispy toasted Jewish rye. I loved it. NOW FOR THE FRIES. I was skeptical when I saw they were string fries. I

Some of the best bar food in all of Athens. They have a really unique menu with regular specials, so there's often something new to try. The drinks are well-made, and there's a good selection to choose from—one of our favorite places to go with friends from out of town.

The best vegan food in Athens! Friendly, helpful staff. Loads of options. The falafel wrap is amazing, (it reminds me in the very best way of The Grit's falafel wrap). The fries are DELICIOUS. The vegan hot dog is spot on. Definitely a go to in Athens!
