The new parking enforcement here is criminal and predatory. Will no longer be visiting. They also have cameras recording you even in the parking lot to track your parking down to the second, it is creepy and weird. I used to come here all the time and there used to be so many great community events here. I hope Lee and White rectifies the situation. Profit is NOT that important, people are. Get a grip and just let people park here, it’s usually empty anyway!

A great space, ruined by their parking company. I used to love going to Lee+White, with their great restaurants and entertainment options, but they have ruined it with their parking system. AI cameras watching you come in, AI payment systems, AI customer support, all of which doesn't work. They say 2hrs free parking, but you have to pay $10 first and hope they refund you (they dont). $90 ticket if you run in to pick up doordash and dont pay. I will not be returning to Lee+White until this parking company is gone!

We loved it here. It was much less crowded than Ponce Market and great food! It was a really nice vibe and we plan to go back during our next visit in the Fall. Flamingo Motel was a vibe. We got drinks and chilled for a bit and watched some soccer.

My family and I visited this location for an event. I saw one sign that said to pay, but I assumed I didn’t have to pay because there was a huge event happening that Sunday. There were a ton of people there and I did not see many people attempting to pay. Regardless, the amount that they’re charging for not paying on the day seems outrageous. I received a bill of $85 plus an extra five dollars processing fee. I am aware I probably should’ve read the signs a little bit more and not just assume. But to charge almost $90 for not paying; seems a little ridiculous. I’ve never had to pay this much m
