Custom service is top tier. I order black coffee and fix it to my liking at home you can't go wrong there but however I purchased 2 dozen donuts and the frosting was watery and the donuts were gummy. It's happened several times. There was no problem with a refund again the manager and employees are awesome but when spending 40 bucks on some donuts u kinda expect them to at least be edible. I will continue to purchase coffee but as far as the donuts go... it's a hard pass.

the service was real rude, i asked the lady at the counter if they were hiring cause they were behind and i SEEN a worker literally walk out mid shift. so i asked were they hiring and some lady with goldish dreads said “no” with an attitude. and then my coffee was made wrong. lmao idk if you don’t want to work DONT WORK, dnt be rude to paying customers.

Definitely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve been to. First, as I was ordering on the drive-through, there was a dog barking loudly coming from the inside of Dunkin. Secondly, my order was wrong. Thirdly, when I requested a straw, I was told they didn’t have any straws. What threw me off the most was the dog barking. Why the heck is there a dog inside the store?

The service is terrible especially the overnight lady. She has the line outside the parking lot down 95th street and will not open the lobby at 6 am
