Worst experience of my life whoever was at the window was extremely rude for no reason very aggressive has no clue how to handle customers or talk to people in general. It was till 10 AM. They have just started working no point or reason of being that rude to someone who has done nothing wrong to you. I hope you lose your job. I’m gonna take a picture.

If you want to go to a place & have someone try to tell you what to do, but can't even get orders correct, just come here. I am not sure if you are a boss anywhere, but I know you are not my boss. Go sit down! (Why I was told to go to the lobby when I tried the drive-thru, is beyond me. Then today, I try to go to the lobby & it was locked - just silly)

My autistic son loves the cheesy fiesta potatoes. So we were driving down 95th and saw this Taco Bell so of course I had to pull in and get him what he wanted. I went through the drive-through and a very perky sounding, nice woman took my order she had excellent customer service!!!!! I pulled up to her window, I had to tell her excellent customer service she was just very nice. Her name was Monae!!!!!! I know it’s hard working in the fast food industry, but she was amazing! Great job Monae!!!! Your personality will take you far. The potatoes were delish! Nice and fresh!

Nacho fries - Price - good. Only like a dollar and some change for a decent amount which is good. 5/5 Presentation - meh. just sprinkle some nacho cheese flavoring on top of the fries which doesn't even taste like nacho cheese. 3/5 Taste - Fries by themselves are pretty much nothing. combined with the nacho cheese it is fantastic. it's like eating Doritos. The nacho cheese itself is very good. 4/5 Chicken bacon chalupa - Price - could throw in more for price $4.49 3/5 Presentation - messy, nothing like picture. Not enough chicken for price 2/5 Taste - It tastes at least like a club sandw
