Our caterer for our rehearsal dinner didn't show up without warning, so our entire church worked to piece together an incredible rehearsal dinner and Happy China II was a BIG part of that! One of our church family members went to order from them on the fly and they CAME THROUGH! We had three HUGE trays of Sesame Chicken (One was spicy and labeled), rice and broccoli and these MASSIVE egg rolls. First the positive. VERY clean. Generous portions. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Quick service. Very Good shrimp egg roll. Negatives. Dry chicken in my Sweet and Sour Chicken. My wife's Moo goo Gail pan was bland and so was her fried rice. We don't think we will return despite living Downtown Augusta while our house is being built.

The original caterer for my wedding's rehearsal dinner didn't show up. So a few members of our church decided to get what they could from several restaurants arounds, Happy China II being one of them. With very little notice, they were able to make us 3 huge trays of sesame chicken (one spicy, and two regular). They also managed to squeeze in fried rice, lo mein noodles, and HUGE egg rolls. All of our guests loved the food. In the end, we had a fantastic hodgepodge rehearsal dinner, in large part thanks to Happy China II. We will definitely be eating here again.

We decided to check the new location out after they moved. We just ordered hot and sour soup to go, and according to my wife it was pretty tasty. The interior is very clean, but it took a minute for the waitress to take our orders. Would be interested in coming back to try more of their menu since it seems like they have a good variety of dishes.
