I'm really done with Chipotle. Honestly, how hard is it to get a single order correct? I'm not even gonna talk about my previous experiences because they were also wrong. This was the most basic, simplest order to make and a they still managed to screw it up. I ordered it through my app and picked it up. Guess that's my fault for trusting people still knew how to read and follow directions. I had asked for the tomatillo salsa, instead they smothered it with tomatoes and onions which i cannot eat. There was a literal dead ladybug in my burrito bowl today. I barely leave reviews unless the experience was noticeably good or bad. I was impressed with how fast their service and teamwork was. But I was disgusted finding a dead bug in my bowl & that is the reason for my review today. Whether it’s Chipotle’s process for ensuring clean and safe food, or an error on the employees…. Totally not okay and will not come to this location again. Not even worth calling and asking for a refund.

I placed an online order and received an email confirmation saying my food was ready. When I arrived, my order wasn’t on the pick-up shelf despite the confirmation. A man asked for my name and told me my food would be right out. I patiently waited near the shelf for about 8 minutes. This location is always clean and the staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. The lady at the front made me a fantastic taco today. I'm tired of the prices creeping up though, especially on Uber eats. $4 guac is crazy. I really just don't eat at Chipotle that often anymore.
