This place is a true hidden gem downtown and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking to fuel their day the right way.

Preston was giving out orders with a couple other people and he was super cool. Very very friendly atmosphere, with apparently Yoga/Pilates as well? Definitely makes me want to come back.

Blueberries, strawberries, banana, granola, and peanut butter. It was absolutely fantastic. Also, they have a great staff. Being kind and friendly goes a long way.
