I went through the drive through during lunchtime on the way up to Lake Erie ordered a double roast beef sandwich with large curly fries hands down the best roast beef sandwich I have ever had from there the meat was cooked amazing and juicy however I was bummed that they only filles my large fry half way and couldn't order a shake it was a nice day and the shake machine was broken

I ordered the box I ask for cheddar on it got none also asked for sweet tea it was not sweet sent it back got another it was just the same as the frist I won't go back to there

Went to this arbys because boardman and liberty had a boil water alert and Noone was selling drinks..... spent almost 30 bucks for 1 meal 1 sandwich 2 drinks and 3 orders of the cobbler..... we waited at the window while the "prepared" our food..... after waiting for a bit the girl gave us our bag the frys were not hot or even fresh the roastbeef n cheddar was cold the cobbler were cold no sugar on them.... just an overall terrible experience.... so bad im taking the time out to write this review.... my mother lives close to this restaurant.... I will continue to pass it both ways 😞!

Fries have been dropped back in oil to heat them rather than throwing them out when they're old and making new. See picture. Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich sloppy and buns smashed together. Mac n cheese thrown on its side into bag. This is the second time I've been to this location and the fries were re-dropped. Now just have a burnt taste. Pay good money for food and get screwed over by lazy workers who make too much for their station. 3 weeks later the 4th photo. Don't look like anything is getting addressed still redroppex old fries, still a mess of a crushed sandwich with sauce everywhere an
