The parking lot and drive thru are riddled with massive crater pot holes. They are half a foot deep ans bigger then a toddler. I am calling corporate. Also the employees should not be the ones fixing them. The entrance, the lot and drive thru. The whole place is absurd.

Went thru the drive thru, simple order, the drive thru girl was rude, and ZERO manners. She dropped my bag on the floor, and went to pick it up, and I told her I don’t want that one. It fell on the floor. She had an attitude, never apologized, never said will make you a new burger. She just shut the window. So rude & nasty, if I could rate this pace a ZERO I would. So I waited for the second burger, ,when finished she just opened the door and handed it to me. Never said thank you for waiting, thank you for your patience. Nothing. What a rude, ugly person. Every time I go I get fresh of the broiler and they NEVER drop a fresh patty smh I dont see why not if im waiting for it. I understand why these places are closing left and right with this kind of service.

Nastiest burger king ever...the kids room was a mess.. spills, pickles, fries, all over the floor everywhere. Tables full of trash.cashier on her phone while doing my order..and she was the manager...the room was at 100 degrees it felt like it.
