There is always a line wrapped around the outside and the line on the inside doesn’t get any shorter. It’s every time too. I’ve sat in the line for an hour one time and the thing is you can’t get out of line because the lane is a single car width wide. Not even joking, the dude in front of me fell asleep in his car because they were taking so long. You’ll get your food faster at Cheesecake Factory, and it’ll be warm.

The service is down right disrespectful. Went in to pick up my online order not only is it not done. But an attitude the whole entire time. Calling my order the big fat order. And laughing and smiling while looking at me. Won’t be returning.

This place genuinely needs shut down or to fire their whole staff and start fresh. We wait in line for an hour on multiple occasions, and the food is either messed up or lackluster. The employees that work around midnight to close are rude and hold themselves as if they don't know how to do their jobs. However when you do on occasion, depending on how busy they are and the time of day. You will get good food and it actually tastes like how taco bell should be.

Terrible experience! The manager JOHN needs fired he’s rude and lazy maybe if he was back there working there wouldn’t be an hour wait but no he wants to sit in the office and let them be behind then come put his 2 cents in and kick us out and called the police🤣🤣 We went to 46 and got our food in under 10 minutes when they were busy too because they felt bad how we were treated just because we asked for our receipt! We paid for the order online all we wanted was a damn receipt.
