After ordering my food waiting for 20 minutes around the front of the building after spending 10 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally got my bags of food. I then proceeded to look in my bags and I was missing my sauces and they didn't bring me a drink. I go back through the driveway wait 10 more minutes to get my drink. And there are ants stuck underneath the lid of the drink. Absolutely freaking disgusting.

Called first to see if dining room was open to pick up the order. They answered the phone within 3 rings!! Picked up uber eats orders and this is the cleanest fast food place ive seen in a while! Super cute festive decorations. Customer service was nice and the order came out fast so i can go deliver it and make my money! Good job managament team.

Is this how the southwest salad looks like??? I ordered two of them and this is what I got. This Jack In The Box sucks. Southwest salad with lettuce, chicken, carrots, a little bit of cheese cheese and tomatoes only???

Only a 5 star because of Gabriel @2:50am (06/20/2026) doing a job that should have taken 2-3 people to do by himself because his coworker Francisco was too busy with everythings but work.. Gabriel brought his A game taking orders, making them, and running them out while Francisco was no where to be seen even when we went into the lobby I would have thought without hesitation he was thrown to the wolves by the lack of management/ help given to him….
