I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in years and I won't be going back, ever. AWe were there in the morning and they were out of the two types of donuts we wanted. They only offer donuts priced individually unless you are getting a full dozen. I was getting 6 and they ended up only costing a couple dollars less than the dozen would have been but the lady helping me chose not to mention that. Its probably for the best though because they went in the trash anyway. They weren't fresh and they didn't taste good, at all. Go literally anywhere else for donuts unless you're in the mood for expensive gar

I order my food on uber eats at 8:45 am & when I received my donuts they were hard and stale. I’m a huge Krispy Kreme fan and had been craving these donuts since I went to be and they did not meet my expectations 😭😭. Tasted like I got the first batch of donuts they made at 3:30 am 👎🏾

The lady employee at the drive-thru today did not appear to be very welcoming. We had an online order for pickup, and the interaction felt unaccommodating and lacked basic courtesy such as politeness or a friendly attitude. A more positive and customer-focused approach would greatly improve the overall experience for customers.
