Me and my family went to get food after being in the mountains but when I was there a employee ignored me completely and I was like "Hey, Excuse me" and she just didn't listen she was looking right at us and just pretended like no one was there and I didn't even try the food... Worst experience of my life....

Hours posted on the door state that the lobby opens at 6. I walked up at 6:08 and the doors were not unlocked. Staff is not visible behind the counter so you can't try to get anyone's attention. Someone (turned out to be the manager) unlocked the doors at 6:10 but said nothing about opening late. I basically followed her to the counter and was completely ignored. She picked up a clip board and was leaning on the counter behind the register while I stood there awkwardly until another group walked in and then she took my order but it felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there, something

The shift leader made the "Jack experience" a crappy one. He needs an attitude adjustment and to be reminded to listen to the customer. A simple mistake he made could've been resolved easily. Instead wanted to be right until he realized he was in the wrong. I'll definitely make the drive to Cypress instead.

I go to this jack in the box a lot because my back is huge, it can get a little packed past midnight but the staff is amazing, always treated with smiles. My food has never taken long enough for me to notice. 10/10
