I would love to give this place 5 stars. As their food and selection is great, but the customer service is horrendous! The woman working at the front counter today was rude. When they forgot my ranch, I drove back and went inside, but was ignored/walked passed as if I were invisible for quite some time. Then when I told her I didn't recieve the ranch I had paid for, she rolled her eyes and didn't say anything at all. No apologies, no "I'll be right with you", did not look in my direction or anything at all. Not getting the items you pay for and then having to eat cold food is already bad enou

I would say that this is a well put-together Frosty King compared to the others. It is clean inside and they definitely love advertising what they have to offer. The interior is newer then the other Frosty Kings and there's plenty of room for seating and the staff is very friendly. I would have given it a five-star but there is still something that is lacking and I can't quite put my finger on it. I wasn't too impressed with the onion rings nor the hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge that they used seemed more generic than the rest. But I'm not going to make that the biggest deal considering that
