Katrina★I’ve been to this shake shack location for at least three times and this last visit we have consistently seeing that tables are not cleaned after customers. Bathrooms are also not very sanitary especially the changing table was filthy. The food has been pretty good previously and this last visit particularly we ordered hotdog sandwich as shown in the photo. We asked different representatives twice if the hotdog can be replaced since it looked burnt and their response is that this is normal. Let me know if this looks normal to you as well.

The food is made fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is lively, full of people chatting and food being made, but still quiet enough to hear your friends. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Food is slightly more on the pricier side, at a little over 20 dollars for my meal here, but it was so worth it. Highly would recommend any Shake Shake location to anyone!
Diane★★Well, the only way to order is using their tablets, and someone really needs to clean those things once in a while. Also, the information on them is not very informative. I had to ask if the iced tea was sweet or unsweet, after I got someone's attention. The restrooms are locked and the code is supposed to be on your receipt except you don't really get a receipt. I tried the number on my text message, but I couldn't get it to work. Once I did get in, I found that they are in serious need of a cleaning, and a warning should be posted that the hot water is scalding hot. Condiments for the burger
