Food is delicious when we can get it timely. Service is usually great but today was lacking. Manager, umberto, was kind and tried his best to make up the delay in arrival of all the order. I understand that there are circumstances that dictate this but our server seemed hard of hearing and did not remember any of our drinks or what we had even ordered. I had an amazing experience at IHOP, and I have to give a special shoutout to Sea for making it even better. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect without being overbearing, and her positive attitude really stood out. Sea was quick with refills, got the order exactly right, and checked in at just the right times. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does.
