This place needs a manager that knows how to be efficient with orders. This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. A simple single drink order to 15 min.

We go here everyday. Only at night, they NEVER get our drinks right. Morning crew is great, but night crew needs to learn how to read an order. I’ve worked at sonic before, it’s really not hard to make drinks or read a screen that’s 2 feet in front of your face.

I love coming here but I get the same two thing a smasher or a ultimate meat and cheese burrito and everything I get the burrito I mean I get the egg has to be more but don’t short on the bacon and sausage I mean I can’t and won’t pay extra when I know this burrito was made better not even couple years ago so please make it right or go work somewhere else how you prepare is how you get people back.
