We trusted them with our anniversary dinner, and we had such high hopes for this place to deliver, but unfortunately, they're not consistent when it comes to their steaks or cooks, not sure which one. Last night was the worst steak I ever had in Bartlesville. Boulevard Diner could have made one better. My ribeye came out looking like a pork chop; it was white in color, and we're not sure why, and was overcooked, being far from medium-rare and over-seasoned. My family has been coming to Sterlings since I was a tot. I would highly recommend coming here for a nice evening meal or a dinner date. This is a fairly quiet and private dining establishment. Sterlings is one of the only finer dining establishments in town. They have a fantastic selection to choose from, a crowd favorite is always the bison! The staff is excellent.

Make reservations! The Bison filet was so tender, the flavor was amazing,a must try! 9 oz sirloin, cooked to a perfect medium, tender and juicy. Brussel sprouts and bacon were perfection! Great sweet potato. The drinks, I had a Pink Diamond, were awesome! The bar staff and waitress were very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be back!
