Can you believe this?? What is the likelihood that, if I had ordered in store rather than for pickup, they would have put ONLY tomato stems and end pieces on the sandwich, while I watched? No regular slices. Not...a...single...one. If they are trying to drive away a loyal return customer, they have succeeded.

We went in , both sandwiches wanted toasted and both cold still when we took a bit. The staff was friendly and helpful. But our food was not good. We didn't even finish our 6 inch subs.

Went in to get two sandwiches on the go. Went to pay for my order using a $20 bill, should have gotten back $4, and some change. The kid working the registered kept the $4 and never gave me the change. Be careful when you go here not only will the food make you sick but these young kids working behind here will keep your money. They're pulling the sting operation. What they're doing is keeping you talking acting all friendly like confusing things up and then they'll keep your money in the end and won't return it as far as your change. Unless this money is personally handed to them as a tip and

My husband wanted subway while he was in the hospital. I ordered him a footling with ham/Mayo/cheese toasted. He received a turkey and cheese with no Mayo and on a 6in? I ordered a 6in with all the toppings.. they put all my toppings on the footlong. We literally threw them away they were so soggy. I’ve reached out to corporate because this was $18 that went in the trash. However I haven’t heard back. I guess they really don’t care. I won’t be back to this location, sad too because that same day I fed 3 kids from there and it’s right down the street.
