I had a last minute spud party for a girls night in this past Friday and I ordered the hot bar for about 9 guests. I just want to send a huge thank you to the manager Mike! He was absolutely amazing to me and took a great deal of stress of my shoulders that day. Thank you Mike for making it a seamless process and transaction you were so kind I appreciate it! Everything was wonderful and delicious, we had plenty of everything :)

I pay another of attention to details and my surroundings. The customer service and food was great. I ordered my food to go. I was waiting at a table. Some tables were not cleaned off and the guy who took my order had mechanic hands. Clean hands and finger nails are important working in a food establishment. Other than that, everything was great!

Placed an order online for pick up. Entered the restaurant where there were three employees behind the counter and one in front of the counter. None of them acknowledged me when I sat down next to the to go order pick up area. I finally approached the counter and asked if they had a go order for me which they did. They just don’t put it in the designated area. The $17 salad that I ordered was missing the majority of the ingredients I asked for and the lettuce and tri-colored peppers were so slim, the salad was unedible.

Gave them another chance for the first time in a year and nothing has changed. Of course my pick-up order was wrong and I had to go back to the counter, like usual (I learned to always check everything carefully before leaving this place). Didn't bother to cut the stems off the salad greens of course but I didn't even try to complain about that because I didn't want to wait 10 minutes for them to try again. There were only like 2 other customers in the place even though it was dinner time, shocking. Also, for God's sake, uninstall the misleading unused pick-up shelves already, you haven't
