But this review is for the cook who never disappoints I appreciate the extra crispy chicken nuggets they have been cooking the best, normally the nuggets at other locations have been soggy in the middle Not this location the cook knows exactly what they’re doing. My hat off to the cook. Continue the good job. Sidebar I came here 5 times in the last week 🤣 I’m addicted

Francisco the hospitality director was absolutely brilliant. Brought us out our fast food and told us what each item was. Asked us how we were doing and made sure we were doing okay. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

To start off, I rarely leave reviews, but three strikes you're out. We have placed mobile orders at this location three times over the past few months, only to be disappointed when returning home without all of our items. The first time we were missing fries, not a hig deal, not worth a 2 star review. The next time we were missing an entire sandwich, still not the end of the world. Now today picking up breakfast we were missing one box of the chicken minis. I think at this point we will look elsewhere for our fast food chicken needs. I would understand if we were ordering a crazy amount of foo

This location customer service has gone down year after year. We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years . There’s been several times we get the wrong order, fries are missing, drink is incorrect, they forget to add cheese (to a menu item). Nothing that we alter. We’ve never left a bad review since they are our neighborhood chick fil an and we also live in Batavia we want to support our town businesses, but this morning it was quite upsetting. I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:22 and was in line before 10:30. The person at the ordering screen check on my order and says it’s too late
