A visit to the original Raising Cane’s in Baton Rouge is a must. The chicken was hot, fresh, and just as good as ever, but the history and atmosphere make this location special. Fast service, great food, and a fun stop for any Cane’s fan. Glad we made the trip while driving through the area!

On our first visit to Baton Rouge, wanted to visit the original Raising Cane's as we have visited a few other "original" chain locations (Waffle House, Chick fil A). Interior had some nice mementos and was pleasant. Parking area was modern-looking (a few parking spots and luckily one spot was available) and the inside had more historical and nostalgic mementos. Staffers were friendly. Food was fresh and good. We like their signature sauce--only one kind and it is good.

We were in full-on vacation mode, so splitting the extra fries just beca

Food was excellent and the service was even better! Every employee was happy, eager to tell us anything about Raising Cane's and the whole story of how the chicken only empire was started. Super employees at this location... and the food was excellent (Did I already say that)
