This place is far worse then the other garth road location north of i 10. Recent order of large chilli cheese tots for my kids and u cant even fill the container!! Do better

Truly the worst customer service. ALWAYS slow - like waiting 20-30 minutes to bring food out slow. Like, husband going to the door to let employees know we were still out there slow. Like, sitting at the drive through speaker waiting for someone to come on & take our order for 12 minutes slow - then deciding to drive up to the window because there was NOBODY in front of us, slow - only to be greeting with rude, aggressive employees slow. My family and I are over giving this place chances just because they are close to where we live. Ill go somewhere else or drive further for better service eve

Sat in a parking space pushing the order button For a long time. Couldn't get any service that way so I went through the drive through. I at least got someone to pay attention to me there. Had to wait extra long for my milkshakesAnd drink Don't know what happened But I was there a lot longer than I intended.

I was at sonic last night picking up some food and when I was there they brought out my friends meals and then forgot mine. So I told them and then got my burger. Still missing the tots so he had to go get them. Well he also didn’t bring us our drinks. He went in and brought out their 2 drinks. He asked again what mine was and he was like “ugh, I have to layer that and get messy” He finally brought me my drink. Then when we got home, my burger had onions on it and only one patty.
