Not sure why but they are only giving half full containers of fries now. I had lunch with my co-workers Thursday. I upgraded my fries to large. My co-worker saw me upgrade and also upgraded. Then my order came out and my container was very low. I was annoyed. Then a minute later my co-workers order came out and it had even less fries in it. Manager, are you making a nice margin increase by cutting back our fries? This is pathetic. We eat lunch there about once per week generally. Now we decided to go to Dave's hot chicken more frequently. Congrats on your margin increase by shorting our fries?

This is one of our favorites. I usually get the chicken strips, a fruit cup and sweet tea. Mary gets grilled nuggets and frosted lemonade. We love the Chick-fil-A sauce, but the last time I enjoyed the Polynesian sauce. There is a play space for kids and friendly staff. Excellent and enjoyable.

The food is great and they usually do a good job of making sure everything is in the bag. That said, the customer service at this location has definitely gone downhill. There have been a few times when I’m in a rush and forget to add sauces to my order, and when I ask for them at the window I’m often met with a negative attitude, like I’m being a burden. I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A not just for the food but for the standout customer service, and that’s been really disappointing here.
