Late night eats went thru drive thru Friday night around 9:45. Was a small wait about 10 minutes. No problem. The drive thru gentleman was so polite and funny and apologize for our wait. Our food was delicious,hot and correct. This is definitely one of the best taco bells to go to. If you employee good courtesy workers like this I am going to continue. Thank you!

I placed an order through the app and waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes before being told to come inside because there was only one person working. Okay, things happen — I get it. But once I walked in, I realized this was more than just short staffing. There were five people waiting, two employees (one who only had been working there for 2 days), and the whole store looked rough. The floors and counters were sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs, and there was a weird smell near the beverage station. This Taco Bell is possibly the worst in the United States. I've been a regular for years and have many wild stories. I've waited in the drive-thru for over an hour and seen employees walk out, leaving the store empty. There was even a turf war between Taco Bell and the Popeyes next door. I do not blame the employee's. I have seen 4 or 5 generations of workers on this location by now. The turn over is insane. There is no way that every employee that works here is this bad. It MUST be management. If they even have any.
