Terrible service. Pushed the button 3 times and they ignored us. Moved to a different stall in case ours was broken. Pushed the button and they answered, then didn't respond again after I started ordering and ignored us. Flagged down a carhop to ask if they were still open and she said she'd get someone to answer who took my order and let me pay and I've been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for 2 small pieces of food and 3 drinks. Terrible service, terrible place, will never go again. I'd rather starve than give them my money again. Update: finally got my food.... Who did I upset to get b

Such bad customer service! Last night at 10pm, we were at this Sonic and ordered 1 medical oregano Sonic blast, 1 chocolate shake and 1 steak sandwich! My husband and I are sick and went to Bedford to the 24 hour pharmacy for meds and should never have to wait sooo long for 3 items at Sonic!!! At least tell customers ahead of time that they could be waiting almost an hour! Yes, I know there is 1 cook, but how about hiring more or the owner come to help!

Don't expect any customizations! I specifically ordered my burrito with no cheese or cheese sauce, as I am on a dairy-free diet. The burrito was smothered in cheese sauce. I even opened the burrito to check once received, but the sauce blended in with the eggs and wasn't noticed. I will not be returning.

Ordered on the app and the app said it would be ready at 9:11 PM. I showed up at 9:08 and waited not expecting the food to be ready. At 9:12 I’ll let them know. I was here expecting the food to be ready plus or -3 to 5 minutes. They said OK we’ll have the food right now and then I waited 21 minutes. Trash service for a “fast food” place
