Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered a chicken bowl, but received beef instead. I do not eat beef, so this was a serious mistake and not something that should happen. The label on the bowl had the correct order details, but the food inside was completely different. There needs to be much better quality checks before orders are packed and handed out, especially when it comes to protein choices and dietary concerns. I was a regular customer, but I haven't been to this branch in a while because of the terrible customer service and food. Every time I went, they were out of something or the guacamole was totally black and tasted awful. This time, though, I had no other choice and tried it again. Just look at the picture – they didn't even have white rice, and the guacamole was old and smelled bad.

This is unacceptable. I love chipotle and I know when the ratio is even (not too much or too low). Barely no rice with a sprinkle of corn and lettuce. Pick up was at 5:20 PM. This location needs to do better.
