Do not recommend ordering delivery from here. Ordered at 10:38 AM for a 12:20 PM delivery. Finally arrived at 1:12 PM (not 1:06 PM the photo shows). The driver’s response was, “Sorry, it’s a big city and I had other deliveries.” I absolutely know it is horrible traffic which is why I ordered delivery but a simple sorry would have been better seeing as it’s not my fault Panera is over extending orders, etc. Paid $52 for a you pick two salad/soup and a hot sandwich so…higher prices for cold food and lunch that arrives after your lunch break is over. Unfortunately, my experience this time was not good. The soup was extremely salty, and they did not have fresh lemon or even lemon juice available. The service was also very poor and disappointing. This was surprising to me because I usually have a great experience at the Redmond location and have always been satisfied before. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that the quality improves.
