This place gets worse every time I visit, but today was the last straw. We went out to eat for Father’s Day, and the service was beyond disappointing. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even come take our drink order, another 10 minutes before they came back to take our food order, and then we waited 45 minutes for our food. My husband ordered the all-you-can-eat wings, shrimp, and ribs. After waiting 45 minutes, the wings finally came out. The waitress was very knowledgeable when I made it clear we were looking for the special for $9.99. She was friendly, efficient, and checked on us throughout our visit. She offered dessert options when I asked if they had a mini for the chocolate lava cake (which there was no mini version). The team all seemed to work together well. 2 members of management even stopped at the table to see how things were going.

We tried to give them a chance but quite simply, the food sucked! Chicken Parm was hard, bland and overcooked and they even overcharged us after removing them from our tab. My family and I will not be eating there in the future!
