It was honestly a horrible experience. It started when they were taking our order at the drive-thru. I could not understand what he was saying and he got annoyed when I asked him over. Then when we got to the window to pay, he was more interested in talking to co-workers than taking care of the customer. When we got home and opened our food containers, the food was dried out. This is actually not a bad review for Taco Bell itself, maybe we just got there on the wrong day at the wrong time.

4 stars because the food is good, but apparently the employees are in a fierce Fast & Furious competition for the parking spots closest to the front door. Nothing quite sets the tone like pulling in for a quick taco and realizing the customers are parking in the next zip code while the staff is ten steps from the register. And the service? Let’s just say “fast food” is being used here in the loosest possible legal sense. Would still come back… mostly because poor decisions and tacos are kind of my thing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers are too busy talking to each other. Items were missing on my order , he forgot my drink and I was charged for 2 different meals. Avoid this location.

Absolutely horrible!! The tacos barely had any meat. My chicken burrito was worse! The chicken was dry, stringy and hard! The staff acted like they didn't want to answer any questions, I don't go out often so I had no clue what the items were.
