I went and cople of days ago to eat here thru the drive-up. I get to speaker to order and they tell me they have no dark or white meat and it would be a 20 25 minute wait. Needless to say,I canceled my order and drove to Arby's. Poor. Customer service. Someone is not doing their job correctly in my opinion.

As a former resident of Saline county, I’ve been here many times. Stopped in today on my way back to Texas. I stood at the counter. No one acknowledged me. Two customers in the store eating. One person in the drive thru. They walked pass me several times as I just stood there. Sad to say that I left without ordering.

I have ordered from them 2 times recently. If you order early (11 am) you are gonna get leftovers from the day before. It’s terrible. I will not be ordering from them Again until after lunch rush. Old leftover chicken should be thrown out, not resold. The quality was terrible

I hope this was an isolated experience; I usually have good service here. I ordered the 40% OFF chicken bucket only to discover - the chicken was burned (never seen before), had very small pieces, and a few were stale (hard). I noticed the last 40% OFF bucket a month ago contained small pieces that seemed like they were a little abused. I hope this location does not become like the Bryant location, I will excommunicate from it if it does. I will give it one more chance, I hope you all do better next time.
