Pretty unimpressed tonight, did a curbside order around 6:20pm with just a double cheeseburger and fries. Fries were forgotten so I had to go through the drive thru to get them. Got home and started eating and my burger isn’t even fully cooked, nearly raw even. Whataburger was able to give me a refund but this location always has really slow service, or not accurate service. I hope this location gets better because I like whataburger but this was a failure.

The food here is great, the service is good, and the atmosphere is average. Most of the time, this location is clean. The employees do great work. When I think about their professionalism and attention to detail, I feel proud of them. I've been to many locations. My biggest complaint all around(not just here at this location), is the crap music and the volume of it. It's too loud. If you ask them to turn it down, they either ignore you, look at you like you've done something wrong, or both. I prefer a relaxing dining experience to a loud speaker blasting "Love Shack" in my ear first thing in

Visiting this place for the first time, we arrived late to find only one employee handling orders for both drive-thru and dine-in. Despite a short wait, the experience was rewarding. We were warmly greeted, and the employee patiently took our entire order. The food arrived hot, resulting in a very positive overall experience
