If you avoid this location because of the poor and slow service you've experianced in the past, I can wholeheartedly promise that this is not the same dunkin. I used to go out of my way or just order from another dunkin, even though I live right around the corner. I have been consistently going here every day for about a year. I'm very happy I decided to give them another chance.

First impressions are important. My Strawberry Daydream Refresher was made perfect. Atmosphere 3 stars because the Drive Thru is a little tight.

Reliably terrible. Always painfully slow, and errors on orders are common. Just took us 30 minutes to get in and out with what should have been a 5-minute order. The customer after me was telling them he had been waiting for 35 minutes. I don't blame the employees. 2 employees during breakfast rush seems like a mgmt issue.

My husband and I went in and our coffees weren't too great. Caramel craze with Oat milk was completely white no coffee and the other contained regular sugar and it was supposed to have liquid. However we drove back and it was fixed but the reason it was wrong at first is because they did the order too fast. It was a mobile order and we waited and as I watched them make it when I received the item I knew it was wrong. We also asked for it to be stirred and the employee told us it was but as you can see in the picture the mixing wasn't done correct.
