This is by far one of the best places I’ve found in the Lehigh Valley to get Chinese food. These people are great. The atmosphere is friendly. The establishment is clean. They have a dining area. The food is always consistent. Meaning you won’t get it a different flavor tomorrow then you will today. Highly recommend this establishment eat here now at least 3 to 4 times a month wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have tried many and to no avail a waste of time always end up going back to Ruby Cafe Chinese Food. Eat here you won’t regret it. Nor will you go back to your former Chinese takeout

This is my second and final attempt at this place. This time I arrived to pick up my food only to hear they downsized my order from 2 to 1 order of fried chicken since they ran out of chicken. When I returned home I saw that my order of chicken wings were not well done as requested, and a couple of the pieces were deformed or less than adequate. It felt like a waste of money. As for my General Tso's, for the second time the breading was soggy, not crispy. I'm over this place.

First time here. Very friendly and good energy. The portion size was excellent and for the price even better.. Chicken wing was great. Rice could have been a little fluffier but overall had good flavor. But the crab Rangoon was the worse crab Rangoon I ever had in my life. So I took one star for that. It had a saucy filling that kind of reminded me of coleslaw. I was highly disappointed but everything else was good .. i don’t know if I’ll be back because I love me some crab Rangoon and idk if I can ever order Chinese with out it..
