As I travel sometimes I need something quick. The young man who took my order was very kind. He greeted me with a smile. Something you don't see often. The good was actually really good. Sometimes you never know with fast food. Lol

I spent 15 minutes waiting in line outside for my food, only to end up receiving the wrong order, and it was cold. It's always the same with the employees—they don't seem to know what they're doing. This place needs a good manager who can properly train them and get them working efficiently.

OMG, some of the slowest service ever. I placed my mobile order at about 6:28pm and I didn't receive it until 7:04pm.i could see my ticket and it was being ignored and when I asked on status, their excuse was they were waiting on one of my burgers even though I'm the end they were waiting on fries. By the time I got to my room about 5 minutes away, my burgers were cold and and fries warm. Plus I ordered the Grinch fries which were supposed to come with dill pickle seasoning but no seasoning what so ever. Never again..

Today is the third time this week I have came here and my order was wrong . Today my order was completely missing items . While in the store 3 different people came in because their order was wrong . This is hands down the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to . I’m in big spring doing work with a group of people and every single time we have came here ( daily for a month) at least one person had a messed up order . Whoever runs this location needs to be fired this place is out of control. When you tell them they messed up your order and show the receipt they act like you were the one that cooked
