Just really bad. I don’t think they understand the concept of fast food? There was one person in front of me in the drive thru. I had to wait a minimum of 10 mins before even placing the order. Then after placing order. You pay. Then you park up front to wait another 10 mins for the order. Crazy. I don’t really expect high quality, but I do expect it to be done a little faster. One word to sum up the experience - Slow. Probably need to hire more staff.

7:33am not a soul in the store or at the speaker. Haven't even turned the breakfast menus around. Being ignored completely. Not wasting my time here ever again.

I’ve gone through the drive thru multiple times. The orders are almost always wrong! Double check everything. Simple mistakes like ordering double cheeseburger and getting a single or they forget the cheese. Last 2 times, the fries were cold. Very disappointing experiences for such easy requests. And they don’t give you your receipt every time so it’s hard to correct your order later.

They have the worse employers working at this moment. The drive through employee decide not to take my order because she didn't feel like it. I had to get out of my car and place my order inside the establishment. But how conveniently the person behind me was able to place his/her order through the drive through. If you are that miserable in your life as a Wendy's employee , then quit but dont take it on the costumers. There was a lady cleaning the tables and was very nice and polite. You can tell she is a happy lady that is about to get off at 3 pm . Im super disappointed at Wendy's man
