I decided to stop for a bite to eat after a nearby appointment. I had never been to this location before, and I found the drive through to be a bit tight and oddly laid out. I assume that is simply part of being located downtown where space is limited. The driveway and patio area could use a good sweeping, which would really help improve the overall appearance. Since I do not frequent Dunkin’, I was not quite sure what to order. What am I going to do with milk and syrup? :/ I placed a mobile order for a protein sugar free vanilla latte and a Boston cream donut. The employee who handed me my drink knew they were out of donuts but did not inform me. She handed me the drink, which was overflowing with cream or cold foam, gave me an already opened straw, then closed the window and said nothing. I remained in the drive thru because I assumed I was still waiting on my donut. With several cars behind me, I thought they were busy, and the lobby was closed. Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes, there was only 5 cars in front of me. Got my coffee and it has so much cream in it it’s almost milk colored. Food is lukewarm but edible. Pretty disappointed

The location is difficult to get in and out of and there are only two parking spots with one of them being disabled parking. The drive-thru is your best bet but if you are at the Kirklin Clinic you can easily walk over. The staff was friendly and I received my coffee and donut quickly. The lobby was clean and while seating is limited inside there is a table outside.
