I visited the store to purchase a coffee and a few donuts and intended to pay using my Dunkin’ Rewards points. The cashier, an older Indian guy, processed my points but then told me I could not use them for the transaction. When I asked how I could get my points back, he became very rude, began yelling at me, and behaved in an unprofessional manner. Because of this interaction, I left the store upset, without my coffee, and with my points still deducted. This is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with the same employee. Behavior like this reflects poorly on Dunkin’ Donuts’ image an
