I've never gotten ice cold food to the point the shredded cheese was still shredded cheese. Especially when it's suppose to have nacho cheese on it as well which it didn't. I paid to add creamy jalapeño sauce which wasn't on it either. This one doesn't give you a receipt either. What's the point of asking if the screen is correct if you don't even read it. I should have checked before leaving. Won't be going here again.

I ordered apple empanotas, inside was empty. I ordered cheesy potatoes, they were rock hard. My main dish was 80% dough, 20 % suace and zero meat. I will never eat here again. Horrible service, horrible food

Went there today and tried the new sweet chilled street chalupa meal and was shocked when I got home that they hardly put any meat or food whats so ever in the chalupa. Why? I paid enough for a meal,put some meat in the chalupa. Very disappointed, but not the first time that's happened. They will also skimp on sauce and ingredients for the taco pizza meal.very dry.and most of the time the will forget hot sauce when I order from door dash. That's ridiculous. I get it,it's fast food,but I expected better quality service and food if I'm spending $25.00 or more for lunch for my kids and myself. M
