The food was good and warm here. The order was not correct and that is really disappointing. I paid for a double Whopper but only got a single. This is not good because you should verify the order as being correct before placing it in the bag.

I stopped at this Burger King around 5:00 PM thinking it would be a quick and easy meal. There were no cars in the drive thru and absolutely no one inside the restaurant. Someone took my order right away, so I honestly thought this would be a good experience for once. Instead, I stood there waiting nearly 20 minutes while multiple cars went through the drive thru and got their food before I ever received mine. It honestly made me wonder why I even bothered going inside at all. I tried to stay positive and thought maybe they were taking extra time to make the food hot and fresh. Sadly, that wa

I don’t eat at fast food restaurants very often. I hadn’t been to a Burger King in a few years. This one happened to be convenient to my location when running errands about 2:00pm. There was no wait at the counter, so I had no wait in placing my order. However, it took 15 minutes for them to prepare my regular Whopper, small fries and lemonade. I didn’t request any modifications to the food. There other people in the drive through who were also waiting for their orders, which I perceived were also surprised and irritated at the long delay in obtaining their order. Ordered on line, pulled up to drive thru window without stopping at speaker, employee yelled at me for not stopping at speaker fist and told to never come back to this store and shop at a different buger king. Which will be not problem. Customer service at this store is terrible . If I stopped at speaker I would have been told to pull forward anyway, don't get why she got all bent out of shape. BTW I spent 38.00 bucks at that store.
