We ordered chicken fries with our burgers 30 minutes ago at the drive-thru and came home with only 7/12 fries. We checked to see that we had the box of chicken fries and 2 burgers. Guess we should have opened the box and counted the fries. Either the employees here can't count, or someone was snacking on them when noone was looking - honestly I don't know which one is worse. I tried to call their building location and nobody picked up. I would avoid this Burger King until they have a new wave of trained staff, a new manager, or a public announcement for higher quality control.

I was craving a nostalgic meal but was horrified to find the chicken nuggets hard as a rock and the whopper patty dry and extremely questionable! The burger bun was also very stale. They need to be retrained in food safety at this location! Your money would be better spent right next door at Gyropolis. Never going back here again.

After seeing some ads on TV from the Burger King CEO saying how they were going to improve the quality of there food, and make your dinning experience great again, I guess not all the restaurants got the memo. My burger tasted good, but I certainly wasn't impressed, it was still the same old soggy bun with a little burger that didn't look anything like the ad's pictured burgers. My hopes that an improvement had been made, were dashed. 🫤

This restaurant is outdated and lacks a warm welcoming atmosphere. The decor, if any, is from the 80's to 90's. The neon around the inside of the restaurant is not working or they do not turn on maybe to try and safe energy. The florescent lighting in the dining room had many burnt out bulbs. No music plays in the dining room, so you hear everything that is going on with the staff. I don't see how the health department has not cited this location for back of house operations. The kitchen areas where the staff works only has a few lights in the far back that lights up enough for the crew to
