Dr. Dominic Nguyen★★★★★This place is easily one of the best ramen spots in Minneapolis. It can get busy around lunch and dinner, but otherwise you can usually find a place to sit if you’re dining in. You order at the front, then they give you a number to take to your table, and they’ll bring the food out to you. The quality of the food is always consistent and excellent. I especially love that the broth isn’t overly salty like at many other ramen places. As for customer service, it’s always five-star. No matter how busy they are, the staff takes the time to explain the menu and answer any questions you might have.
Bee Lor★★★★★The food here is excellent! I stopped by for lunch during work after my cousin recommended this place. The customer service was friendly, and the ramen arrived quickly. I ordered the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen, and the rich, flavorful broth was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.
Laura Graves★★★★★A real gem of a find! It’s always a win when you find a spot that manages to beat the typical "Twin Cities prices" without sacrificing the quality of the food. Itton Ramen is some of the best ramen I’ve had in the Twin Cities. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and the broth was incredibly savory and authentic, packed with a generous amount of noodles. The portions are very hearty—honestly, the price is amazing for the quality and size you get compared to other local spots. It’s a fast-casual, high-energy atmosphere that stays busy with dine-in and takeout, which is always a good sign. Definitely
Joy★★The ingredients were fresh and the food was pretty tasty. That being said, I don't think ordering delivery from here is the best option. The broth for my ramen wasn't sealed properly and it leaked into the bag during delivery. It was also a bit expensive for what I ordered: $30 for Spicy beef ramen and 4 tiny spring rolls. I ordered a side of pork chashu for $4.50 and got what should've been maybe $2 of small dry pork pieces. Overall a mid experience but maybe it's a place where you have to dine in.
