The food quality has really gone down at this location. Don't take my word Ford. There's a bunch of pictures of it in the reviews here on Google plus the person. The drive-through told my wife and 12-year-old son that they could not return food that was messed up and if we didn't like it to go elsewhere. She's gonna run the place into the ground.!! What to do better Chick-fil-A? And let me mention that my son loves Chick-fil-A and we eat there about three days a week at least We've seen it unfold ourselves. The owner needs a step in.

Walked in about 25 minutes till closing, we were greeted with a “ just so you know we close in 20 minutes “, fully aware walking into the restaurant to get a late dinner. We then received our food that was burnt fries stuck together, crew was just sitting around the dinning room goofing off. Definitely will not be back to this location.

It’s hard for me to comprehend why this one Chick-fil-a takes substantially more time than every other Chick-fil-a. You go through the mobile Through express order and you have to wait almost 5 minutes every time for a simple sandwich. Certainly doesn’t seem like Chick-fil-a

The middle aged looking lady handing the food out in the drive through in the morning on 3/27/26 needs to fix her attitude. She wants to have an attitude but then can’t even be smart enough remember our drink on a simple order. All she said when handing the food to us was “here you go” with a smartass tone. No wonder this chick-fil-a has the worst rating by a lot in this area.
