I normally eat little ceasers a lot, even though my family may not like it, but this spot was so bad I just had to agree with them I’m never going here again. Ordered 1 pepperoni, one cheese, and a crazy bread, both pizzas were loaded with cheese but barely had any sauce, crazy bread was thin and had little to no flavor. This place did everything horrible while every other location I went too was flawless, never going back again.

So I originally gave this place 4 or 5 stars but I'm going to retract that. The last time I came in they only had half of my order ready (mind you it was almost an hour after it was placed online). So I had to wait for my other pizza to be done and then the lady didn't give me my bread sticks,sauce and one less dipping sauce. I felt bad because they had a slower maybe autistic girl working but she just was making it harder on the lady preparing the orders. This was just the last situation I have delt with. I'm not sure how many times prior to this I had to wait wayy longer then anticipated. Th

Did an online order last night and they didn’t have the pizza I ordered, and it was very hard for the cashier to give a refund. I had to ask several times for one. 3 people working in the store but she seemed to be the only one actually working while there were 15 people in the lobby. I waited 30+ minutes in the lobby for my online order that was supposed to be ready before I showed up. I wish this was a one off but unfortunately it’s happened many times before at this Boardman store. However the lady working was trying very hard to keep everyone happy making pizzas and taking care of everyone

Where do I start. Hot and ready?? How about Hot, 20 mins and wrong item!! I walked in just to grab a quick pepperoni pizza with some crazy bread. I was greeted by a sweet young lady who took my order but then it went downhill from there. All of a sudden some older lady comes crashing in (what seemed all drugged out) bouncing all over the place "helping" customers. All 3 customers that she helped came in (while I was waiting the 20 minutes for my pizza) and brought their items back in because it was wrong.
