Hello. I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received today. I have never seen such poor service before. The employee who was working at the time (the woman wearing a headscarf) was extremely unprofessional. She kept talking to other staff members and was not paying attention to the customer at all. I also noticed serious sanitary and hygiene violations. She was handling food with dirty hands, and after touching her body, she continued to pack the pizza without washing her hands or using gloves. This is unacceptable and raises major concerns about food safety. I kindly ask

You have everyone in the back talking to each other more than they are working. I have seen more phones pulled out of theor pockets then I did pizzas from the oven and orders filled. And one person never walked away from the computer to help. It took an hr to get one pizza and one order of crazy bread. Whom ever owns this disaster needs to do a better job of having a staff that acts and works professionally.

The pizza was undercooked - dough was gooey and seemed almost raw. The employees were friendly enough, but they seemed overwhelmed and short-staffed, with multiple customers standing and waiting for a long time.
