I stopped by to try the chicken fried steak. The service and staff were top notch. I was excited because I had just accepted a new job. I look forward to being a part of the community of Bossier and Shreveport. Cafe USA has always had an awesome staff and they’re one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots. I had lunch with my family and my father is a veteran and we really appreciate the patriotic display.

This is a small Cafe. Decorated very cute in everything Red, White & Blue. The Staff were so very friendly. We were traveling and stopped. We got there a couple of minutes before they closed. They let us in to eat. We ate while they were cleaning to close. We started off with Fried Pickle Spears. They were so good and juicy. I had the Burger with Tots. The Tots were crispy, crunchy and not soggy. The burger was perfect. Great flavor, juicy. Plenty of toppings. Husband had the daily special, Chicken Alfredo, Broccoli with Cheese, Garlic Bread and Chocolate Cake. The food was delicious. They
