Stopped by Patty Shack and the location was really clean. Staff was friendly and everything seemed well run. The burger itself tasted decent, but there was definitely way more bun than meat which was kind of a bummer. Had high hopes, but the bun-to-burger ratio made it a little disappointing. Still not a terrible stop overall.

The hamburger was unbelievable, it's definitely there with in and out. The fries were cooked perfectly. The prices are not bad and are fair. My only negative is there is little communication with employees. You do everything yourself except make the food. A robot even brings your food which is kind of cool. However I still like customer service and there is none here.

The food is good quality and a great value. The dining area is clean. The staff is attentive and polite. If your in the area and you want a good burger for a good price this is your spot. Also, my with has celiac and the were very accommodating and know how to do a burger on a lettuce bed properly.

Kind of an interesting place. Aside from being a hamburger joint, the delivery system is a robot ( for lack of a better word). You place your order and take a number that is sitting on the counter. The employees put your tray on said robot and it magically knows who to take it to 😄 That's the fun part. Sadly, we had no human interaction. There are two ordering stations at the counter. Idk what the employees are doing, but I'm sure it was something. Now, the coupla people that came in after we did were greeted when they came in and had a live person help.
